Do not steam directly onto cashmere. Holding the steamer too close can damage the fibres and alter their natural structure. Always keep the steamer at a distance or place a clean towel between the steamer and the garment to protect the cashmere.

Cashmere does not require frequent laundering. Over-cleaning can weaken the fibres. After wearing, simply air the garment for a few hours and it will often refresh naturally.

Use cold water and a gentle wool/cashmere detergent. No rubbing, no twisting. Soak briefly, press the water out gently, and avoid temperature changes (heat shocks fibres).

Don’t hang cashmere clothing when wet, it will stretch. Instead, lay flat on a towel, reshape the seams and hem, and let it dry naturally away from heat.
