Before House of Grey Wolfe, there was Grey Wolfe. The original wellness space in South West London. More than a destination, Grey Wolfe became a philosophy, a unique way of being. Guests sought to carry its sense of stillness and intention into everyday life, at home, while travelling, and in the quiet in-between.
House of Grey Wolfe was the natural extension of this ideology: a considered collection of practice-ready loungewear, meditative objects, and sensory essentials designed to bring presence into every moment. Born from a space that blended advanced treatments with timeless healing traditions, House of Grey Wolfe embodies the spirit of a modern, mindful lifestyle.

Both ventures were founded by Sarah Jones-St-John, a wellness innovator and frequency therapist. Sarah has developed a unique signature methodology grounded in Three Pillars – Practice, Presence and Pause. This philosophy is the cornerstone of both Grey Wolfe and House of Grey Wolfe. Her blend of therapeutic expertise and understanding of luxury environments ensures each venture creates transformative experiences with authenticity, craft, and impact.
