We offer free delivery on all orders of £50 or above, if your order is below the threshold, our standard delivery fee is £6.49.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, however, due to the handmade nature of our products, in some cases it may take longer for your product to be made and dispatched.
Once your order is with the courier, you will receive communications regarding the status of your delivery.

Once shipped, your order should arrive with you within 3-5 working days if your delivery address is within the UK.

We’re currently an online-only store and all returns must be made to us by post.

All our orders can be returned to us free of charge using the included return label. If you did not receive your label or have any questions about the process, reach out to us at info@houseofgreywolfe.co.uk and our Client Service team will be able to assist.

Most of our products are handmade in the UK, if materials or items we need are not available locally, we source them from global independent and ethical partners who share our ethos of being human and earth-kind.

Our team inspects every product prior to shipping, however, if you think the item you received may be faulty, kindly send photographs of the item along with your order details to our Client Service team at info@houseofgreywolfe.co.uk.
